1. Getting Started

Signing Up & Logging In

  • Sign Up: You can create a new account using your email address and a password, or sign up instantly with your Google account.
  • Log In: If you already have an account, simply log in to access your dashboard.

Your First Team

Upon your first login, a default team is created for you (e.g., "John Doe's Team"). All your screens, lyrics, and content are stored within the currently selected team.

2. Core Features

The Dashboard

The Dashboard is your main control center. From here, you can:

  • Manage Scriptures: Find and broadcast Bible verses.
  • Manage Lyrics: Add your own lyrics or search an online database.
  • Manage Lower Thirds: Send real-time text updates to your screens.

Managing Screens

The Screens page is where all your designs live.

  • Create a New Screen: Click the "New Screen" button to open the Screen Designer and start fresh.
  • Edit a Screen: Click the "Edit" option in the dropdown menu on any screen card to open it in the designer.
  • Preview a Screen: Use the "Copy Link" option to get a shareable URL for your screen. You can open this link in any browser.
  • Delete a Screen: Remove a screen permanently using the "Delete" option.

Using the Screen Designer

The Screen Designer is a powerful tool to build your overlays.

  • Canvas: The central area is a live preview of your screen. You can click, drag, and resize elements directly on the canvas.
  • Settings Panel (Right Side): This panel allows you to customize every aspect of your design. It's organized into tabs:
    • Scripture/Lyrics: Control the visibility, text boxes, animations, and triggers for the main content layers.
    • Elements: Add, manage, and style custom text boxes and images.
    • Background (BG): Set a background color or a background image URL.

Using Templates

The Templates page provides professionally designed starting points.

  1. Browse the available templates.
  2. Click "Use Template" on the one you like.
  3. This will open the template in the Screen Designer, where you can customize it and save it as a new screen for your team.

Managing Content

From the Dashboard, you can send live content to all your active screens.

  • Scripture Card: Select a book and chapter to view verses. Click any verse to instantly broadcast it to your screens. You can switch between different Bible versions using the tabs.
  • Lyrics Card:
    • Team Lyrics: Add your own songs to a local library. Select a song, and click a stanza to broadcast it.
    • Search Online: Find lyrics from a vast online database. You can save any song you find to your team's library.
  • Lower Thirds Card:
    • This card lists all your screens that have editable text "Elements" (like for a speaker's name and title).
    • Type the desired text into the input fields for a specific screen.
    • Click the Broadcast button to send the text to that screen in real-time.

3. Going Live

Getting Your Screen Link

  1. Go to the Screens page.
  2. Find the screen you want to use.
  3. Click the three-dots menu icon on the screen card.
  4. Select Copy Link. The unique URL for your screen is now on your clipboard.

Using in OBS or a Browser

The screen link is a transparent webpage, which makes it perfect for streaming software.

  • In OBS Studio (or similar software):
    1. Add a new "Browser" source.
    2. Paste the screen link into the URL field.
    3. Set the Width and Height to match your screen's resolution (e.g., Width: 1920, Height: 1080).
    4. Click OK. Your AllStreamHub overlay will now appear over your video feed.
  • In a Browser: You can open the link in any web browser to display the content on a projector or secondary monitor.

4. Account & Team Settings

You can access settings from the user menu at the bottom of the left sidebar.

Managing Your Team

  • Switch Team: If you are a member of multiple teams, you can switch between them here.
  • Team Settings:
    • Change your team's name.
    • Invite new members by entering their email address and assigning a role (Operator or Admin).
